Lola has managed the day-to-day functions at Bluegrass Ear Nose and Throat Clinic since 2017, where she is passionate about ensuring each patient receives the excellence of care that they deserve. Lola started in 2015 in other roles before advancing to manager. Lola graduated from Southeast Community College, in Whitesburg Kentucky in 1992, with an Associates in Business Administration. She furthered her education at MedTech college, in Lexington Kentucky, where she completed the billing and coding program. Lola obtained her Certified Professional Coder credentials (CPC) from AAPC in 2012 and has been a coder for 11 years. Lola later went on to obtain her Certification in Otolaryngology Practice Management (COPM) in 2019. Lola lives in Winchester Kentucky with her family and fur babies.
